Consumer Credit Counseling Services, Inc. ( CCCS ) is a national non-profit educational and social service organization serving the financial needs of working families. Our main organizational objectives are to attempt to assist every consumer improve their credit standing and to provide useful information pertaining to credit issues. Our Bill Consolidation and Debt Management Program assist clients communicate with their creditors in a timely manner and eliminate collection calls at home and at work, thereby avoiding lawsuits and wage garnishment; avoid bankruptcy by establishing a plan of repayment to all creditors based upon the families income and living expenses; and obtain perfect credit and overcome the obstacles created by a negative past credit history. CCCS is staffed by qualified licensed professional volunteer counselors trained in diverse subjects including banking, financial planning, social work, education, family law, taxes, real estate and accounting. As a non-profit education and social service organization CCCS offers it's credit counseling service free to the general public regardless of income. All operating and administrative costs of the organization are covered in part by voluntary donations. Participation in our Bill Consolidation and Debt Management Program is subject to a minimum monthly charge of $10 so we may continue to serve individuals and families in need. What does CCCS do?

Too often people develop credit problems from a lack of financial planning, credit education, health or family emergencies, or a miscalculation of what they earn. As a result, our professional counselors examine ways to prevent future financial difficulties through budget and spending plans, as well as solving current financial problems. Since our program is a viable alternative to bankruptcy we make no guarantees written or implied that we can assist everyone who applies to our organization for assistance.
